There's hardly anything better during summer than fresh berries. On that note, it shouldn't come as a surprise that my dinner party menu was highly focused on that delicatessen. Pesto pasta for main and two different dishes for dessert: berry tart with lemon filling and small individual lemon New York cheesecakes with strawberries on top. I realise I shouldn't say this as the cook but oh my..one hell of a dinner (as a sugar addict I'm mainly talking about the desserts of course).
